Navtej, thanks for sharing this information. I would like to add on one more tip - Determine which policies are needed for your business and at what stages. Some policies might be needed at a very early stage and some might be needed at a very later stage.

Hey George to begin at the macro level it means Planning, Organising, Staffing, Training, coordination, delegations and above all deadlines, time lines, policy, support and above all budgeting and targeting.
